The Biscayne Suites is located at the end of Moorlyn Terrace, placing it within 2 blocks of the beach and about 350 metres from the shore. It offers easy access to the boardwalk with its shops, amusements, and dining options, including Gillian's Island Water Park (500 metres), Playland's Castaway Cove (5-minute walk), and Congo Falls Adventure Golf (750 metres). Several restaurants, ice cream parlours, and a grocery store are within a 5-minute walk. The location is ideal for walkers; most guests find they do not need a car once parked.

Accommodation at Biscayne Suites ranges from superior suites (remodelled with a full-size fridge) to penthouse suites on the 4th floor. All units feature a separate bedroom with a king-size bed, a living area with a sofa bed, and a private balcony. Kitchenettes are equipped with a stovetop, microwave, coffee machine, pots, pans, and utensils. En-suite bathrooms have a hairdryer, free toiletries, and a bathtub. Rooms include air conditioning, heating, flat-screen cable TV, and carpeted floors. Although some suites retain original furnishings, they are consistently described as very clean and well-maintained. Superior suites have been updated with modern decor. Road-facing rooms are quieter than expected, but rooms facing an alley offer less pleasant views; requesting an Ocean Avenue or boardwalk-facing room is recommended.

The hotel does not offer breakfast, a restaurant, or a bar. Each suite has a full kitchenette with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, and cookware, making it easy to prepare meals. Numerous restaurants and cafes are located within a 5-minute walk, including Augie's Omelette & Waffle, Steve's Grilled Cheese, and Manco & Manco Pizza. A grocery store nearby allows you to stock up on supplies for self-catering.

The rooftop outdoor pool operates seasonally and closes around Columbus Day each year, so off-season stays mean no pool access. The pool area includes a sun terrace with outdoor furniture. There is no spa, gym, or other wellness facility. A golf course is available within 3 km for an additional charge. Beach tags are provided free of charge for all guests, granting access to the Ocean City beach.

Each suite is allocated one free private parking spot (reservation not needed); parking is mostly covered, helpful in inclement weather. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
