The family room can sleep up to five with one double and three single beds. The property is a traditional Victorian building without a lift; rooms are on upper floors, so those with mobility concerns should request a ground-floor room. Some basement rooms are subject to dampness and significant noise from the Underground tunnel directly below. Soundproofing is minimal, and noise from adjacent rooms and the street can be heard. Bedbugs have been a known issue - inspect the bedding on arrival and inform staff if anything is found. For a better sleep, choose a room on a higher floor away from the road and tube line.
