Dormitory rooms range from 6- to 9-bed configurations, each with a shared bathroom, lockers (bring your own padlock or buy one for £4), and a fan but no air conditioning. Beds are arranged as triple bunk beds in some rooms, which can feel cramped and offer limited space to sit up. Triple bunks also transmit movement. The private double rooms are more spacious and feature a private bathroom with shower, a wardrobe, city views, and better soundproofing. All rooms include a per-bed power outlet and heating. The lack of a lift means stairs are necessary to reach rooms on the first and second floors. The building is older and rooms can vary significantly in condition.

Burger Craft, the on-site restaurant, serves American fare including burgers, with vegetarian and vegan choices. The breakfast is a cooked Full English/Irish that includes warm dishes, pastries, and pancakes, available for an extra £11 per person, but only served from 09:00. The pub also offers a full bar with a range of beers and wines (champagne available for an extra charge). Guests receive a 10% discount on food and drinks. During the day and evening, the bar and restaurant are busy with both pub customers and hostel guests, creating a lively atmosphere. Snacks and drinks are available 24/7 for guests.
