The apartments sit in the desirable Eixample district, within walking distance of Plaça Catalunya (2 km) and major landmarks such as Casa Milà and Casa Batlló. Diagonal Metro stop (lines 3 and 5) is a five-minute walk, and Provença FGC station is just 250 metres away, providing quick rail access to Plaça Catalunya. Many cafés, bars and restaurants line Enric Granados Street, and a taxi rank is located directly in front of the building, making car-free city exploration straightforward.

Each apartment offers a living room with a 32-inch flat-screen TV and a double sofa bed, plus two bedrooms. Bed configurations include twin beds in both rooms, with a double sofa bed in the living room. The kitchenette comes with a kettle, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and cookware. In-unit washer and dryer are provided. Some rooms are naturally darker and cooler due to an inner-courtyard orientation; the second bedroom lacks air conditioning. Noise from other apartments can be audible at times. The building has a lift.

The apartments do not have a restaurant or serve breakfast. However, Enric Granados Street and nearby streets are lined with dining options, including Buenos Aires Grill (0.5 km), Colmado Barcelona (0.5 km), and several other eateries. A supermarket is one block away for groceries, and there is a coffee shop directly next door. Guests planning morning meals can easily find cafés within the neighbourhood.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas. Luggage lockers are available in the building for use before check-in or after check-out. The paid airport shuttle costs €50 for up to four people; a taxi to the W Hotel costs about €15.
