Some rooms have an inner courtyard view. The building has no lift; stairs are required to access upper floors. Noise transfer between units and from the staircase has been noted, so light sleepers may prefer a quieter inner unit.

Each apartment and studio includes a fully functional kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, stovetop, and coffee machine, ideal for preparing meals. Within a 300 m walk, over a dozen restaurants and bistros are available, including Glouton, le bistrot, Le Bistro du Musee, and several other options.

There is no spa, swimming pool, or gym at the property. The central location provides easy access to Bordeaux's many leisure options, including walking tours, bike rentals, and cultural attractions such as the Museum of Aquitaine and the Great Bell.
