Standard rooms (Comfort, Superior, Deluxe) all feature walk-in showers; Comfort rooms are notably small and can feel cramped, especially for two people. Deluxe rooms add a seating area with chairs and a small table, more space, and occasionally a balcony. Balcony rooms (Deluxe Balcony and above) are available on request and offer a pleasant view of the street. Road-facing rooms can be affected by noise from nearby bars and street activity, while interior courtyard rooms are quieter but darker. The bathroom often has a sliding glass door, which provides limited privacy for light sleepers. Some lower-floor rooms have only a small window facing an internal courtyard, and can feel like a cabin. The property was renovated not long ago, but the carpets show signs of age and staining. Air conditioning is effective, but some units in smaller rooms may struggle during peak heat. Housekeeping is daily and free of charge; laundry and ironing are available at an extra cost.
