The residence is in a pedestrianised street in the heart of Prague's Old Town, putting the Astronomical Clock just a minute's walk away. Charles Bridge is accessible within 400 metres, and Wenceslas Square is 450 metres. The Staroměstská metro stop (line A) is a 5-minute stroll, offering direct connections across the city. For airport access, public transport takes about an hour, while a taxi or ride-sharing service requires roughly 30 minutes. The surrounding area is packed with restaurants, pubs and shops, but also generates substantial street noise, especially in the evening and early morning.

All rooms include a flat-screen TV, coffee and tea facilities, a private bathroom with either a shower or bath, a refrigerator, and a safety deposit box. Some rooms are attic rooms with sloping ceilings, and others are set on the 3rd or 4th floor. Rooms vary in size; some are compact, while others are more spacious. Noise is a consistent factor: street-facing rooms have single-glazed windows and are affected by nearby nightlife into the early morning. Some lower rooms lack natural light due to an internal courtyard view. Fans are provided as there is no air conditioning in any room. Earplugs are supplied as standard. Daily housekeeping is included.

The property does not offer a swimming pool, spa, or wellness facilities. The shared lounge area and the historic Old Town setting itself serve as the primary leisure resources.
