The hotel is set in a historic 19th-century building on Hybernská Street, within a 5-minute walk of náměstí Republiky and the Powder Gate. Prague's main railway station is 350 metres away, and the Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square are both within a 10- to 12-minute stroll. The tram stop at Náměstí Republiky is just around the corner, providing direct access to the city's metro and tram network. The Palladium shopping centre, numerous restaurants, cafés and bars are all within a few hundred metres, making this an ideal base for exploring the city on foot.

Room categories include single (12 m2 with a 90x200 cm bed), double (15 m2 with twin or double beds), triple (18 m2), triple with extra bed (20 m2), and quadruple/family room (23 m2). Each room has a private bathroom with shower and toilet, satellite TV, central heating, and free Wi-Fi. Hair dryers are available on request from reception. Some rooms offer city views. The property is housed in a 19th-century building, and rooms on lower floors may have older carpeted floors, while attic rooms have smaller windows. There is no air conditioning; a fan is supplied. Rooms facing the street can experience tram noise, so lighter sleepers may prefer an interior-facing room. Daily housekeeping is provided, and towels are changed daily.

The breakfast buffet is included in the room rate and offers continental and hot options such as scrambled eggs, sausages, boiled eggs, breads, pastries, fruit, yogurt, cereals, and beverages. The breakfast room can become crowded during peak hours; guests arriving later may need to wait for a table. No other meals are served on site, but numerous restaurants and cafés are within a short walk, including the nearby Kolkovna Celnice and Portfolio restaurant.

Leisure facilities are not available on the property. The central location, however, provides easy access to Prague's parks, historic gardens, and cultural attractions within walking distance.
