The property occupies a central position on Via del Tritone, placing you within a few hundred metres of Piazza Barberini and the Trevi Fountain. The Barberini Metro station is a 2-minute walk, providing direct connections across the city. Most major sights, including the Spanish Steps (600 m), the Colosseum (20-minute walk), and the Vatican City (45-minute walk), are reachable on foot. A bus stop is located directly outside. Numerous restaurants, cafés and shops are within a 5-minute radius. The building entrance is on a busy thoroughfare, but rooms facing the inner courtyard offer significantly less traffic noise.

The rooms are individually decorated with modern finishes, private bathrooms featuring walk-in showers, bidets and hairdryers, and complimentary toiletries. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, heating, soundproofing, a flat-screen TV, a minibar with complimentary water and soft drinks, and an electric kettle with tea bags. Work desks are provided. Triple and quadruple rooms have sofa beds, with some configurations offering a separate bed for a fourth person. Rooms facing Via del Tritone are well soundproofed but may still hear some street noise; rooms overlooking the inner courtyard are notably quieter. Basic daily housekeeping is provided, though some have noted that it can be superficial. Luggage storage is free before check-in and after check-out.
