Location

Centrally located between the Vatican and Spanish Steps, within 10-15 minutes' walk of both, with a bus stop right outside the hotel.
The hotel is a short walk from Castel Sant'Angelo and Piazza Cavour, placing St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museums within 15 minutes on foot, while the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and Pantheon are 10-20 minutes away. Bus 87 stops directly outside and runs to the Colosseum, and city bus tours start from the hotel. The area is safe and has many restaurants, a grocery store, and a self-service laundromat. Public parking is available 100 metres away at Piazza Cavour (paid).

Accommodation

En-suite rooms with air conditioning, satellite TV, minibar, and free WiFi; Superior rooms and one Junior Suite offer balconies on request.
Standard rooms (single/double/triple) are decently sized with wood décor. Superior rooms are larger and feature a sofa; a balcony can be requested when booking. The two Junior Suites are situated around a romantic patio - one has a large terrace. All rooms have private bathrooms with hairdryer, slippers, and a kettle on request (no coffee machine). Beds can be configured as twin or queen. Road-facing rooms may have street noise; back rooms are quieter. Air conditioning is centrally controlled but effective. Daily housekeeping is included.

Breakfast buffet (€10) from 7:00-10:30, served in a room with a patio in summer; in-room breakfast available for €3 extra.
The buffet includes bread, pastries, cereal, fruit, yoghurt, cheese, ham, and hot items such as scrambled eggs (available on request). Coffee and other drinks are provided. Gluten-free options are available. There is no restaurant for lunch or dinner, but many restaurants, cafes, and a pizzeria are within a short walk. A bar is also available on site.
