HOTEL PARIS BRUXELLES, Paris

The hotel sits in a lively, central area adjacent to République Square, a hub with several metro lines (3, 5, 8, 9, 11) within a 2-minute walk, providing direct access across Paris. The Marais district is on the doorstep, with attractions like the Place des Vosges (20 min walk) and Canal Saint-Martin (10 min walk) easily reachable on foot. Notre Dame and the Louvre are within a 25-30 minute walk. The immediate surroundings have many restaurants, cafés, a supermarket, and a bakery. This central position makes walking or using metro efficient, but is also on a busy street, potentially contributing to street noise.

Rooms come in single, double, triple, and quadruple configurations, all with private bathrooms. While rooms are soundproofed, street-facing rooms let in more noise, especially when windows are open (no air conditioning). Room sizes vary: some are spacious for 2 or 3 people, while others are compact. Floors 2 and below are generally in better condition than upper floors. A lift serves most floors but is small. Rooms have carpet, a wardrobe, and heating. No in-room tea/coffee, minibar, or air conditioning. Many rooms have mold in the bathroom and poor maintenance, especially on upper floors. For a quieter, cooler sleep, request a room away from the street and on a lower floor. The general condition and cleanliness are described as basic and needing renovation.

No on-site wellness or leisure facilities are available. The hotel does not have a swimming pool, spa, gym, sauna, or games area. The location provides easy access to the Marais district, Canal Saint-Martin, and République Square for walking, and the many nearby cafés and restaurants offer relaxation options. The 24-hour reception and soundproofed rooms help ensure a quiet base for rest after exploring the city.

Free WiFi is available in all areas. The 24-hour front desk offers express check-in/out, concierge, tour desk, luggage storage (available for early arrivals or after check-out), and safety deposit box. Daily housekeeping is provided. The hotel has a lift, 24-hour security with CCTV and key card access, and vending machines for drinks and snacks. A fax/photocopying service is available free of charge. No on-site parking exists, but a discounted public parking (22 EUR/24h, height 1.90 m) is 300 m away. No airport shuttle is available. Pets are not allowed. The hotel is non-smoking throughout.
