Rooms feature a 150x190 cm double bed, heating, fan, and international TV channels. Ground floor courtyard rooms have limited natural light because the window faces the patio and cannot be fully opened for privacy; these rooms may also feel warmer. The lift serves all floors except the sixth, where two attic rooms are accessible only by stairs. One room is adapted for guests with reduced mobility. Bedding and towels are changed daily, and the bathroom includes a shower with curtain, heated towel rail, and hairdryer. Room size is compact, typical for central Paris, and storage is limited. Free toiletries are provided.

The buffet includes fresh and toasted breads, pastries, cereals, dairy products, cheeses, cold meats, fresh and dried fruits, jams, honey, and hot drinks served at the table.
