The front desk staff can be helpful in providing a different room if the first is unsatisfactory.

Laundry service is available for an additional charge, as is fax/photocopying. Vending machines offer drinks and snacks at low prices (e.g., sodas for $1). Safety features include CCTV in common areas and outside, fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, and a security alarm. Accessibility parking is available. For business travelers, the work desk and free Wi-Fi support basic work needs, but no meeting rooms or business center are present.
