Walls are thin, so noise from adjacent rooms and hallways is noticeable; requesting a higher floor away from the elevator and breakfast area improves quiet. Rooms have been recently renovated with new beds and upgraded bathrooms. No closets are provided; a wardrobe is available. Rollaway beds can be requested.

The pool is unheated and only available during warmer months. It features a fenced perimeter, a pool view, and complimentary pool/beach towels. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided for relaxation. There is no spa, fitness centre, or indoor pool. The hotel's location allows easy walking to nearby attractions such as Wonderworks and the Titanic Museum.
