Hamburg Central Station is just a five-minute walk away, giving you direct connections to the airport (S1 line), the city centre, and major attractions like Mönckebergstraße (1 km) and Inner Alster Lake (1 km). The Jungfernstieg, Town Hall, and Dialog im Dunkeln are all within easy walking distance. The area directly around the hotel - especially side streets - has a noticeable drug scene and prostitution, which makes walking alone at night feel unsafe. During the day it is busy and fine. The main street leading to the station is well lit and safer. There is no on-site parking, but public street parking is available in the area (paid). The hotel is also well served by public transport, with a metro station (e.g. Berliner Tor or Hauptbahnhof) just a few minutes away.

Cabins are available as single (one person) or double (one double bed) units. They are private, not dormitory-style, and have soundproof walls, carpeted floors, and heating. Each cabin includes a comfortable mattress, bed linen, towels, a bathrobe, an iPod docking station, and a Bluetooth speaker. The space is very small - roughly 1.2 x 2.2 m - with barely enough room to open a suitcase. Storage is limited to a few hangers and hooks; there is no cupboard, no trash bin, and no shelf inside the cabin. The ventilation is non-adjustable and runs continuously, which can make the room feel stuffy or cold depending on the season; some have reported it causing discomfort. There are no windows - the cabin is a sealed capsule. A motion-activated light turns off automatically after a few seconds, which can be annoying when trying to get ready. The shared bathrooms are split: toilets are on each floor, while all showers are in the basement. You need to use the elevator to reach the showers, which can mean walking through the lobby in a bathrobe. The lift can be slow, and the electronic wristband key sometimes fails with the lift or door. Noise from the hallway and elevator can be heard, though the room itself is well soundproofed from other cabins.

The property has a restaurant (Restaurant #1) with a modern ambiance and a menu that includes vegetarian and vegan options. A bar, snack bar, and coffee house on site offer drinks, snacks, and a welcome drink. A paid happy hour with wine and champagne is available. Breakfast is served as a buffet for €16 per person and must be reserved at check-in or online. The breakfast includes bread, pastries, orange juice, and coffee, but items may occasionally be missing (e.g., fruit salad, decaf coffee) and tea costs extra. For other meals, many restaurants are within a 2-5 minute walk, including Afghan, Italian, Persian, and other cuisines. The hotel does not have a kitchen or fridge for guest use, but you can borrow plates and utensils from the bar area. Vending machines with drinks and snacks are located on site.

The top-floor rooftop terrace is a pleasant spot to relax, with outdoor furniture and sun exposure. The ground floor has a shared lounge with sofas, books, and a TV area where you can watch sports or socialise. The bar area is cosy and serves drinks and snacks. There are no wellness facilities such as a pool, sauna, or gym. The property is more aimed at short-stay travellers who want a social, city-break vibe rather than resort-style leisure.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. The reception is open 24/7 and offers express check-in/check-out, private check-in/check-out, and help with storing luggage (€5 per day in secure lockers). Bicycles can be stored indoors for €5 per bike per night. Other services include a shared lounge/TV area, vending machines (drinks and snacks), and a safety deposit box (additional charge).
