CA BELA - MERCADANTE, Milan

Each room offers a private bathroom (some with bathtub, others with shower), air conditioning, a work desk, a wardrobe, and city or inner courtyard views. Some rooms are on the lower ground floor, where windows cannot be opened and the space feels compact; these rooms can be warm and lack natural ventilation. The double and triple units are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and quality linens. Rooms near the shared lounge may hear noise from other occupants, and the walls are not fully sound-isolated. Pairing the provided earplugs with a white-noise app on a phone can help light sleepers. For a quieter and cooler stay, request a room on an upper floor with a city view.

The guest house does not offer a breakfast service. A communal area on the ground floor provides a Nespresso machine, kettle, coffee pods, tea bags, and biscuits. There is also a fridge and microwave available for guest use. Many cafés and pastry shops are within a 5-minute walk, including a popular spot directly opposite the property for a quick espresso or pastry.

Free Wi-Fi covers the entire property. Daily housekeeping includes clean towels. Luggage storage can be arranged before check-in and after check-out. The shared lounge/TV area offers a space to relax. Security features include 24-hour surveillance, CCTV in common areas, and smoke alarms. The property has no on-site parking, so guests arriving by car should use nearby paid lots or public garages. Express check-in and check-out via a secure code system streamlines arrivals and departures.
