The inn sits on the Little Pigeon River and is 10 minutes' walk from the Smoky Mountain Opry, 850 m from Tanger Outlet Sevierville, and 350 m from Hard Rock Cafe. Dollywood is 8 km away, while WonderWorks and Titanic Museum Attraction are within a 10-minute walk. The Pigeon Forge Trolley stops directly beside the hotel, offering car-free access to many local attractions. The Apple Barn and Cider Mill, along with several restaurants (McDonald's, Wendy's, Applewood Farmhouse Grill), are within 0.5 km.
