CANCELLERIADIECI, Rome

The property sits on a charming alley between Piazza Navona and Corso Vittorio Emanuele, placing the Pantheon, Campo de' Fiori, and Castel Sant'Angelo (10-minute walk) all within easy reach. Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum, and the Vatican are all within a 20-30 minute walk. A bus stop is at the end of the street, and Termini Station is reachable by bus 64. For airport transfers, the Leonardo Express to Termini plus a short bus ride works well, or a direct taxi from Fiumicino. The immediate area is packed with restaurants, gelaterias, and markets, making self-catering very convenient. The alley can be lively until late with restaurant activity, but rooms with windows closed are generally quiet.

Rooms are compact to spacious, with air conditioning, heating, flat-screen satellite TV, minibar, and a private bathroom with a large shower and toiletries. Apartments add a separate living area and a well-equipped kitchenette (stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, cookware). Terrace rooms feature a furnished terrace with table and chairs and a view over the rooftops toward St. Peter's; balcony rooms have a small, mostly standing-only balcony overlooking the alley. The property is set on an upper floor of a historic building, accessed via 12 steps then an elevator. Some rooms show signs of wear (dirty curtains, scuffed walls) and occasional maintenance issues (shower head, door handles) have been noted. Bed comfort is consistently rated very highly, with firm pillows. Rooms with windows closed are quiet, though interior noise from neighbouring rooms can carry. Daily housekeeping and fresh towels are provided.

The property does not serve breakfast or operate a restaurant, bar, or cafe. Apartments include a fully equipped kitchenette (stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, cookware) ideal for preparing meals. A welcome snack and free drinks are provided on arrival. The surrounding area is dense with excellent restaurants for all budgets, including Osteria da Fortunata, Da Baffetto 2, and La Pizzeria di Mastro Ciccia, all within a 3-minute walk. For a quick bite, La Gelateria Frigidarium is also a 3-minute walk. There is also a supermarket very nearby for groceries.

The property does not have a spa, wellness centre, swimming pool, or fitness facilities. The primary leisure resource is the peerless location: within a 3-minute walk of Piazza Navona and Campo de' Fiori, and a 10-minute walk to the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and Castel Sant'Angelo. The lively streets and abundant restaurants, bars, and shops in every direction provide a constant backdrop for exploration. Guests with a terrace or balcony can enjoy rooftop views for a quiet end to the day.

Wi-Fi is free and available in all rooms. Daily housekeeping is included at no extra cost; towels are changed daily. Free luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out. The reception is open 08:30-16:30 and can arrange a paid airport shuttle (pick-up and drop-off). After hours, a self check-in system is used. Safety features include a safety deposit box, key card access, CCTV in common areas, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers. An iron and ironing board are available on request. For families, a baby cot can be provided subject to availability. Laundry facilities are not on site but a self-service laundry is a very short walk away. No parking is available on the property; a paid public car park is located within a few minutes' walk.
