The beach entrance is directly across the street about 100 yards away, and Pier 60 with its rock climbing, trampolines, and local artists is 2 km north. Tampa International Airport is 20 minutes by car. The Jolly Trolley stops nearby, providing free transport to restaurants, shopping, and bike rental. A larger grocery store (Publix) is over the causeway, while many new restaurants and shops are within walking distance, including The Shipwreck (0.5 km) and Palm Pavilion Beachside Grill & Bar (0.5 km). The quiet location is ideal for those wanting to avoid the main crowds while staying close to all beach activities.

Units are apartment-style with separate living room, bedroom, and kitchen. One-bedroom apartments have a queen bed and a sofa sleeper (maximum 4 people including children). Two-bedroom apartments have two bathrooms and sleep up to 4. The full kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, blender, tea pot, and 12-cup coffee maker. Rooms feature flat-screen cable TV, free Wi-Fi, cherry wood cabinets, granite countertops, and tile floors. Air conditioning is only in the bedroom, not the living area. There are no balconies. Some units have been remodeled with new furniture, mini-split AC, and modern fixtures, but others show signs of age with worn furniture, plumbing issues, or incomplete repairs. Road-facing rooms may be noisier; the quiet north end location helps. No elevator - two floors only.
