There is no limousine bus service directly to the hotel - take a bus to Tokyo Station and transfer (2 stops). The surrounding area is filled with affordable dining and bars, yet the hotel itself remains quiet. A Lawson convenience store is connected to the lobby for snacks and essentials.

Rooms are functional and compact: double rooms measure about 13.7 m2 and standard singles are smaller. Each room includes air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, an electric kettle, a carpeted floor, and a private bathroom with a bath, shower, bidet, hairdryer, and slippers. Beds are 140 cm wide; the hotel does not have twin or connecting rooms. Windows do not open, which can make rooms feel stuffy for some. Choose Superior Single or Double rooms for a Tokyo Tower view; Standard Singles face away. The bed is firm, and pillows are available in different firmness levels from the lobby. Rooms can feel very tight for two people with large suitcases - opening both cases is often impractical. Smoking rooms are available but may retain a residual odour even after cleaning.

Breakfast is available for an additional 970 JPY at the Renoir café on the property. The meal is a set continental option: a sandwich and a drink, with coffee using Renoir's own Ethiopian blend. This is a quick, basic breakfast - not a buffet. The hotel has a restaurant (Renoir) listed, but it primarily serves breakfast. The immediate neighbourhood is packed with casual izakayas, ramen shops, and cafes within a 5-minute walk. The attached Lawson convenience store also provides easy grab-and-go food and drinks.
