A bus stop is roughly 100 meters away, providing direct routes to Berlin Central Station (3 km) and Brandenburg Gate (5 km). The neighborhood is industrial; adjacent are an Audi workshop and a Brillux paint supplier, which can be noisy from early morning until late evening. Several restaurants and a supermarket (Edeka) are within a 5-10 minute walk, making car-free stays manageable.

Each room includes a fully functional kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, cookware, and dishes. The private bathrooms have a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Rooms are modern and clean but compact; standard units may feel small. The only bed option is a double, with an extra bed available in larger categories for 25€ per night. Blackout blinds, a fan, and a desk are standard. Rooms facing the street or workshops can be noisy; those ending in '22' are more spacious and quieter.
