Madrid-Barajas Airport is 13 km away; the paid airport shuttle or a short metro ride are convenient options.

Each apartment is located on the 4th floor and features sloping ceilings. Some areas - particularly the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom - have low headroom, so tall guests should take care. The layout typically includes one double bedroom, a separate living/dining area with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The living area is bright and spacious. All units are equipped with air conditioning, heating, a satellite flat-screen TV, DVD/CD player, and a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, and all cookware. A washing machine is also provided. Despite being on a busy street, the apartment benefits from excellent soundproofing and its top-floor position, ensuring a quiet stay. The sofa bed is comfortable, making the apartment suitable for up to 5 guests.
