Accommodation includes studios, suites, and apartments, with options offering a kitchenette (stovetop, refrigerator, microwave) and an inner courtyard view. Single-bed units are common, sized best for one person; the layout of some rooms places the bathroom sink near the front door and a clothes rack inside the bathroom. Some units include a dining table, dressing area, and wardrobe. Night-time noise from external gates, thin walls, and neighboring rooms can affect sleep in roadside or courtyard-facing units. The property has recently undergone a full renovation, with many rooms described as clean, modern, and spacious, though cleaning consistency varies and some units have been reported with dust, marks, or insufficient turnover between stays.

The hotel does not offer breakfast, a restaurant, or a bar. All rooms include a refrigerator, and apartments and certain studios have a full kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, and dining table - suitable for preparing meals. A vending machine for drinks is available on site. Several dining options, including Chodang, Tortas Ahogadas Guadalajara, and Max & Ted's 480, are within a 0.5 km walk, and downtown Chandler is a 4-minute drive away.

The property does not feature a swimming pool, fitness centre, spa, sauna, or recreational facilities beyond the courtyard. Leisure activities rely on nearby attractions such as Sea Life Arizona (19 km), Phoenix Zoo (25 km), Desert Botanical Gardens, and Papago Park.

Wi-Fi is free in rooms; some connectivity lag may occur during peak times. Free on-site private parking is available without reservation, with accessible parking spots. A 24-hour front desk offers private check-in/check-out and accepts multiple payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Daily housekeeping is free, but cleaning thoroughness can vary and long-stay guests may wish to bring their own supplies. Laundry is available for an additional charge. Safety features include CCTV in common areas, smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, key card access, and a gated entrance. Pets (dogs and service dogs) are allowed on request with possible charges.
