Downtown Sedona and Uptown are 4 km away - a short drive to shops and restaurants. The location is walkable to a mall and several dining options within 1 km, including Sundowner (0.5 km) and Layla's Bakery (1 km). Parking is free and direct, with spaces right outside rooms, making car-based exploration convenient. The area is generally quiet at night despite the road proximity, but road-facing rooms may hear some traffic.

Accommodations include Standard Queen, Premium Single Queen, Panoramic Queen with mountain views, and family rooms with two beds. All rooms have air conditioning, heating, a seating area, and a private bathroom with shower. Kitchenettes come with a dishwasher, induction stove, microwave, coffee maker, retro refrigerator, and essential cookware. Premium Single Queen rooms are available on ground floor with a patio or upper level with a balcony - specifying a preference when booking helps. Some rooms have balconies with red rock views; not all rooms have outdoor space. Beds are Queen-sized and can feel firm or soft depending on the unit. Room size varies: some are described as spacious and updated, while a few units feel small or basic. Noise insulation is moderate - light sleepers may consider requesting a room away from the road. Housekeeping is available on request; some reports note daily servicing may not be automatic.

Parking is free and on-site with accessible spaces; no reservation is needed. Wi-Fi is free in all rooms. The front desk is available 24 hours, with concierge service and private check-in/out. A coin-operated washer and dryer are available for guest use, with detergent for purchase at the desk. Laundry services are offered for an additional charge. The property is wheelchair accessible with features like lower bathroom sink, raised toilet, and grab rails. Pets are permitted for a $30 per night fee. Safety includes fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, and key card access. Fax/photocopying is free. No elevator is available, so ground-floor rooms are recommended for those avoiding stairs.
