The inn sits along a busy commercial corridor with immediate freeway access, making car travel to downtown Phoenix (12-20 minutes), Chase Field (19 km), and Arizona State University (30 minutes drive) straightforward. The immediate area includes an attached sports bar and over a dozen chain restaurants (Texas Roadhouse, Olive Garden, Raising Cane's, etc.) within a 0.5 km walk. A Walmart, a library, and Castles 'n' Coasters are also nearby. The neighborhood has a mix of commercial and residential uses; some parts experience visible homelessness and late-night activity. Freeway noise is audible from certain rooms.

Room types include double rooms (two beds), twin rooms, and twin/double configurations. All feature heating, air conditioning, carpeted floors, and a private bathroom (select rooms also have a refrigerator and microwave subject to availability). There are no suites or balconies. Rooms on the freeway side experience traffic noise. While some rooms have been renovated with newer furniture and finishes, others have older decor, worn carpets, and occasional maintenance issues (cracked tiles, stained walls). Smoking rooms are available but may retain odor. Daily housekeeping is provided. Key card access is used.

The property does not have a restaurant or offer breakfast. A sports bar attached to the hotel serves food and drinks. Vending machines with snacks and drinks are available on site.
