The property is well connected by car and public transport. A parking garage is available on site with advance reservation.

The unit has one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a double sofa bed, making it suitable for up to 4 people. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kitchenware, and a dining table. Air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, a flat-screen TV, and parquet flooring are provided. The sofa bed has had issues reported with the springs and comfort; the bed mattress is firm. Limited kitchen utensils (e.g., only 1 knife) and no electric kettle or dishwasher are present. The bathroom has a shower with mixed reports on hot water availability.

The apartment does not have a restaurant or bar. The fully equipped kitchenette - with refrigerator, oven, microwave, and coffee machine - enables self-catering. Within 2 km there are various dining options such as Restaurante Universo, El Rincon de la Villa, and Churreria El Raton y El Gato. For breakfast, the kitchenette is the primary option; no buffet or dining package is offered.

The property features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool that opens from 1 July, a fitness centre, and a tennis court - all free for guests. The pool is a highlight of the site, but access requires a card; forgetting to return the card at checkout incurs a €50 fee. The complex is quiet and secure, with the pool offering a refreshing option during summer stays.
