The hostel is situated in a quiet residential area of central Playa del Carmen, yet within a short walk of the main transport hubs and attractions. The ADO bus station, connecting to Cancun airport (approx. 1h15min), is two blocks away, and the ferry to Cozumel is similarly close. The nearest beach is a five-minute walk. Fifth Avenue with its many dining and shopping options is also minutes away. Street parking is available, but the main road can be noisy at night due to traffic and a nearby karaoke bar. Overall, the location is excellent for exploring the city and beyond.

The hostel does not have a restaurant or bar. A complimentary coffee service is provided in the morning. The shared kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and ample space for meal preparation. For those who prefer eating out, the surrounding area has numerous restaurants and eateries within a two- to three-minute walk, including a 24-hour 7-Eleven next door. Breakfast is not available, so plan to either cook in the kitchen or dine out.

The rooftop terrace is a central amenity, featuring an outdoor swimming pool open all year, sun loungers, hammocks, and a solarium. The hostel offers free holistic activities including yoga (with an instructor), meditation, ceremonies, and reiki. Free walking tours, live music performances, and movie nights are also scheduled. Diving and snorkelling excursions are available for an additional charge. The rooftop area is closed from midnight to 6am to maintain quiet hours. The pool may occasionally require maintenance, but overall the rooftop provides a pleasant relaxation space.
