The M5 metro station is about a 10-minute walk away, and tram 14 stops close by, providing a direct route to Piazza del Duomo in about 20 minutes. Milan Linate Airport is 11 km from the property; the Central Station is reachable by metro in about 15-20 minutes. A large supermarket is directly across the street. A lively street market sets up on the street on Saturday and Tuesday mornings, offering fruit, vegetables, clothing, and other goods. Restaurants and cafes are within a few minutes' walk. The area is walkable to Sforzesco Castle (3 km) and The Last Supper (3 km), though most guests rely on public transport for these attractions. The neighbourhood is generally quiet at night except for the market days.

Rooms are available as double rooms (with either one or two beds) and two-bedroom apartments. Each room includes a private bathroom with shower, bidet, hairdryer, and free toiletries. All rooms have soundproof walls, a wardrobe, an electric kettle, and a mini fridge. Air conditioning and heating are individually controlled. Some rooms provide a balcony with city or inner courtyard views; apartments also include a full kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and dining area. The space is functional and modern, with darkening blackout blinds. While many rooms are clean and well-maintained, some rooms - particularly on the ground floor - may feel darker due to grated windows. The building is an older residential structure with a small lift. Rooms facing the street may experience noise from traffic and the weekly market, so those sensitive to sound may prefer a courtyard-facing room. Apartment-style units on the ground floor share a common kitchen, which can feel limited when both rooms are occupied.

A continental Italian breakfast of pastries, bread, hot drinks, and juice is provided in a communal dining area. It is not a buffet; items are served individually. Given the pre-order requirement, spontaneous breakfast is not possible. A kettle and tea bags are provided in each room. The supermarket across the street stocks fresh groceries and has a small café inside for coffee and pastries. Several restaurants, pizzerias, and gelaterias - including Faccio Cose Vedo Gente, San Giorgio Trattoria-Pizzeria, and Il Massimo del Gelato - are within a 5-minute walk.

The property does not have a pool, spa, gym, or similar facilities. The nearby CityLife district includes green spaces and some leisure shopping.
