The unit contains a desk, seating area, coffee machine, and a small shelf. The ventilation is limited, causing the pod to become hot and stuffy quickly; many occupants find it necessary to sleep with the door open for airflow. The pods are split horizontally, so you may hear movement and conversation from the pod above. Bed linen and towels are provided, but cleanliness varies. The kitchen and shared bathrooms are cleaned daily and are generally well-maintained.

The shared kitchen is large and well-stocked with cookware, a stovetop, oven, fridge, toaster, and electric kettle. There is no microwave. The kitchen is cleaned regularly, though it can become untidy during busy periods. A paid vending machine offers coffee and snacks. The surrounding area has numerous dining options within a short walk - restaurants such as Kent, Saphire, and Cafe Frame are all about 0.5 km away, and a Turkish market is nearby. The property does not offer breakfast or any meal service.

The hotel does not have a pool, gym, spa, or dedicated wellness areas. The shared lounge includes a TV area and seating.
