Each pod is a compact, windowless unit made of particle board with a mattress on the floor or an elevated bed. The total internal space is approximately 5 m2, with very limited standing room and a low ceiling (around 1.1-1 meters above the bed). The unit contains a desk, seating area, coffee machine, and a small shelf. The ventilation is limited, causing the pod to become hot and stuffy quickly; many occupants find it necessary to sleep with the door open for airflow. The pods are split horizontally, so you may hear movement and conversation from the pod above. Bed linen and towels are provided, but cleanliness varies. The kitchen and shared bathrooms are cleaned daily and are generally well-maintained.

The hotel does not have a pool, gym, spa, or dedicated wellness areas. The shared lounge includes a TV area and seating. For leisure activities, the nearby Vienna Prater (4 km) offers ice-skating, boating, kayaking, and canoeing. The lounge is sometimes used by non-guests, which can affect the atmosphere.

The hotel operates entirely remotely with no staff present on site. All communication is via email or a virtual reception, which can have slow response times. The front door security has been inconsistent, with reports of broken locks. The property has CCTV in common areas and provides fire extinguishers and smoke alarms. Parking is available in a nearby public lot for €2.40 per hour (no reservation possible). There is no lift, so access to upper floors is by stairs.
