Situated in Vienna's top-rated 3rd district, the apartments are a 15-minute walk from the Landstraße-Wien Mitte Metro Stop (U3 line) and a 2-minute tram ride from the centre. The U3 line provides direct access to Saint Stephen's Cathedral in the city centre. Vienna Airport is 15 km away and reachable by train from Landstraße station. Several bars, cafés, supermarkets, and restaurants are within a 2- to 5-minute walk. The area is quiet and safe, ideal for walking or using public transport. Public parking is available nearby for €25/day (reservation needed).

The apartments feature a living room with a sofa bed (convertible, extra €20 per person if used), a flat-screen TV, DVD and CD player, and a bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Some units include a washing machine and a bathtub. Two-bedroom apartments are spacious (approx. 80 m2) and come with 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. The sleeping area has new, comfortable box-spring beds (180x200 cm). Many units face the quiet courtyard or street; road-facing rooms can occasionally be a little noisier, but the area is generally peaceful. The apartments have heating, parquet flooring, and are non-smoking. A cot is available upon request.

There is no breakfast service or on-site restaurant. Each apartment includes a full kitchen with an electric kettle, cookware, utensils, and in some units a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules. A minimarket on site offers basic groceries, and supermarkets are within a 2-minute walk.
