The hotel sits in the heart of Kuala Lumpur's shopping and entertainment district, right behind Berjaya Times Square. Bukit Bintang's malls, restaurants, and nightlife are within 10 minutes on foot, and Jalan Alor's food stalls are a 15-minute walk. Imbi Monorail Station is less than 5 minutes away, and Hang Tuah station (LRT/Monorail interchange) is around 10 minutes on foot, providing easy access to KL Sentral and other parts of the city. Kuala Lumpur International Airport is a 45-75 minute drive (no airport shuttle available). The area has many convenience stores and 24-hour self-service laundry nearby.

Rooms come in Superior (double/twin) and Executive (king/double) categories. Superior rooms are on the 2nd floor (stairs only) and may have no window or a sealed window; these rooms can feel small and humid. Executive rooms are accessed by lift and offer floor-to-ceiling windows with city or mall views. All rooms have a private bathroom with shower and bidet, but some bathrooms feature glass walls (see-through) with partial blinds, which may reduce privacy. Bed configurations include queen-sized or king-sized beds. Some rooms have been noted as compact, especially for two people. Air conditioning is standard, but noise from the unit and corridor can affect sleep. Daily housekeeping is available on request. No in-room fridge, but a shared fridge at reception can store items. Basic toiletries (soap, shampoo) are provided; toothbrush and bottled water are not.

Ceria Hotel does not have its own restaurant or serve breakfast. However, the immediate area is packed with dining choices: Berjaya Times Square (10-minute walk) has dozens of restaurants and food courts, Jalan Alor (15-minute walk) offers local street food, and smaller cafes and bakeries are right next door. For a quick meal, convenience stores such as KK Mart and 7-Eleven are nearby. The hotel's location makes it easy to explore KL's food scene without going far.

Wi-Fi is free throughout and generally adequate for light browsing (may slow in evenings). Luggage storage is available at reception and can be left for multiple days. The 24-hour front desk handles late check-ins, deposits (RM50 cash), and early check-in requests (RM70 fee). Daily housekeeping is performed upon request. There is no laundry service, but a coin-operated laundromat is next door. Parking is limited: a few free spots in front (first come) and a paid open-air lot down the street (RM4-6 per entry).
