The aparthotel sits in a central district, with KLCC, Petaling Street and Bukit Bintang all reachable on foot and a street-food market close by. The upper floors and rooftop look across the city skyline. A cluster of restaurants is within 300-500 m, including Urban Restaurant, Pampas Reserve Steakhouse, Bangkok Jazz, Bangkok Expresso, Ozeki Italian Cuisine, Aryan Restaurant and Bijan. Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport is 22 km away, making this a longer airport transfer than a short city-centre journey.

Each unit has a kitchenette with refrigerator, kitchenware and tea/coffee maker, plus a private bathroom with walk-in shower, bidet, hairdryer and free toiletries. Studios sleep one, triples offer two beds, and family rooms are available. Sound insulation between units is limited, so noise from neighbouring rooms carries. Room condition varies by unit: some are modern, clean and spacious with good storage, while others show wear such as stained soft furnishings, hard mattresses, loose wiring or air-conditioning odour. City-view units are the strongest choice, with upper floors facing the Petronas Towers skyline; units without a city view are noticeably plainer. Some units include a washing machine, and units without one can use the paid laundry service on the 36th floor. Detergent and a drying rack are not supplied, and some rooms have sealed windows, so ventilation depends on air conditioning. Streaming apps are available on some televisions.

The breakfast buffet includes Asian and European dishes, with egg dishes prepared fresh, and the à la carte menu can cover a late breakfast or early lunch. The rooftop bar on the 37th floor serves drinks with skyline views, and bar bills add a service charge and tax at payment. The poolside snack bar covers light bites by the pool. Several restaurants are within a short walk for evening meals, adding flexibility without needing to travel far.

The pool deck is the defining feature of the property: an infinity pool with a pool bar and wide city outlook. It operates all year from 07:00 to 22:00, and children are welcome when accompanied by an adult. Pool towels are provided, though supply can run short on busy days, and sun loungers are limited for a building this size. The gym is modern and, like the pool, free to use between 07:00 and 22:00. An upper-level garden and terrace add outdoor space beyond the pool deck.

Four lifts serve the 44-floor building, and waits lengthen during busy periods; the corridors are not air-conditioned. Smoke alarms are fitted. Front-desk responsiveness varies, so for essential requests such as housekeeping or repairs, following up directly is worthwhile.
