However, the location is quieter than staying right in the busy downtown core, and Grab rides to central spots can add up. For those driving, parking is available but limited and must be reserved.

Units range from studios to two-bedroom suites, all with a private bathroom featuring a shower and bidet. Each apartment includes a kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, kitchenware, and microwave. A washing machine, soundproof walls, and a seating area are standard. Bedroom mirrors are limited (one in the bathroom only). While the apartments are large and offer great skyline views, some units have furniture that feels worn, springs in the mattresses, and the sofabed is notably hard. Upgraded rooms have a pool view.

Boi Boi Kopitiam is open daily from 08:00 to 11:00, providing a breakfast set that can be ordered via a pre-selection system for room delivery at a chosen time. The menu consists of Asian ready-to-eat options with yoghurt and coffee/tea. The breakfast arrives at the scheduled window but has been noted to be late on occasion. There is no in-house lunch or dinner offering, but many independent eateries are within a few minutes' walk, including Nando's, Auntie Anne's, and Marugame Udon.

The rooftop infinity pool is open from 07:00 to 22:00 and offers a view of KL's skyline, making it a pleasant spot to cool off after a day out. The fitness centre is free to use and provides basic exercise equipment. For indoor leisure, there are billiard tables and a games room. The property also has a children's playground and a shared lounge/TV area.
