The hotel is 9 km from the Málaga Conference Centre and about a 15-minute drive from the Costa del Sol beaches. While not walkable to central Málaga, bus lines 19 and 25 stop within 50 metres, reaching the centre in 30-40 minutes. A petrol station and Burger King are adjacent, and a few restaurants (Pizzeria La Caprichosa, Maxitapas) are within 500 metres. For those with a car, the A-7 provides quick connections to the airport, Marbella, and other coastal towns. The area is generally quiet, but rooms facing the front may pick up noise from the road and petrol station.

Rooms are equipped with individual air conditioning, heating, flat-screen satellite TV, safe, hairdryer, and work desk. The Superior room adds a terrace and minibar. Connecting rooms (double + twin) are ideal for families; cots are available on request. Double beds are 1.50 m wide. Some rooms have soundproof walls and a sofa. While daily housekeeping is provided, some spaces show wear - certain rooms have had cleanliness concerns (e.g., dusty corners or odours). Request a room away from the entrance to avoid noise from the lobby and street. The air conditioning thermostat is locked at a maximum of 18.5°C in some units.

The breakfast buffet includes bread, cold cuts, cheeses, yogurts, cereals, fresh fruit, juices, and sweets; an express breakfast (coffee, pastry, juice) is also offered. The breakfast selection is basic but adequate for the price. A kids' menu (7 EUR) offers chicken fingers, omelette, and more. Dinner is a set menu (starter, main, dessert/coffee) from 20:00-22:30 Monday to Thursday only - the restaurant is closed other evenings, so plan to eat elsewhere on weekends. The bar serves snacks and drinks on a terrace, and packed lunches are available on request. Special diets can be accommodated with notice.

The pool is open from approximately June to 17th September (weather dependent). It features a solarium with loungers and an adjacent terrace where drinks and snacks are served. Towels are provided in the room but are not supplied for the pool after it closes. The hotel has a shared lounge with a fireplace and TV, and a garden area. There are no spa, gym, or wellness facilities on the property.

Parking is free on-site (covered and shaded) with an electric car charger. The 24-hour front desk allows late arrival up to 2:00 am. Luggage storage is available for early check-in or late departure. Business facilities include a fax/photocopy service and meeting rooms (3 paneled rooms, capacity up to 45). Additional services: daily housekeeping, laundry, wake-up calls, vending machines (drinks/snacks), and a safety deposit box in rooms. Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel but may be inconsistent in some areas. No airport shuttle is offered.
