The Pernety metro station (Line 13) is directly outside the entrance, making the city centre easily reachable without a car. Montparnasse Train Station is a 15-minute walk, offering high-speed TGV connections. The Catacombs of Paris are 1 km away and Luxembourg Gardens is a 25-minute walk. The neighbourhood is safe and vibrant, with restaurants, bakeries, and bars within a short stroll. The street can be noisy at night; rooms facing the garden offer a quieter alternative.

Rooms are elegantly decorated in blue tones with either parquet or sisal flooring. Most standard rooms feature an open-plan shower visible from the bed, separated only by a curtain to maintain light and space. Three rooms and all superior rooms (some with terrace) have fully enclosed bathrooms; the suite has a separate bathroom with bathtub. In-room amenities include air conditioning, soundproof walls, a desk, safety deposit box, flat-screen TV with cable channels, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Rooms are compact but well-equipped, with comfortable beds and quality linen. Noise insulation varies: road-facing rooms can be affected by metro rumble and street sounds, while garden-facing rooms are quieter.
