The hotel is embedded in the Osdorpplein shopping centre, placing H&M, Douglas, WE Fashion, Fit For Free gym, a Jumbo supermarket, and many cafés and restaurants within steps. A recently-opened food court with international options is nearby, as is the Sloterplas recreation area and Meervaart theatre (5-minute walk). Tram 17 stops at the hotel entrance and goes directly to the city centre and Amsterdam Central Station. Lelylaan station (10 minutes by tram) provides direct connections to Schiphol Airport and the RAI Convention Centre. Bus 369 from Schiphol Airport arrives at Osdorpplein-West, a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The neighbourhood is a residential shopping area, quieter than the centre but with all daily essentials close at hand.

All rooms feature a private bathroom with a rain shower, hairdryer, free toiletries, flat-screen TV with cable channels, soundproofing, a safe, and a Smartphone. Most rooms have panoramic windows and air conditioning. The larger room categories provide a Nespresso machine, tea facilities, and more floor space. Standard rooms - especially the Economy Queen (no windows) and small double rooms - are very compact; movement around the bed can be tight, and luggage may need to be stored under the bed. There is limited surface space and no wardrobe in the smallest categories. The sink is inside the room, not in the bathroom, in certain room types.
