For drivers, private parking is available on-site (€12/day, reservation needed), but street parking is limited. The S9 line from Charlottenburg station offers direct access to Berlin Brandenburg Airport without changes.

The accommodation offers a mix of private and shared facilities. Economy double rooms have a shared toilet in the hallway (shared between 2-3 rooms), while standard double, triple, family (4 beds), and quadruple (3 beds) rooms come with a private bathroom featuring a shower and hairdryer. Some rooms have the shower inside the room but the toilet in the hallway. Family rooms and quadruple rooms include a wardrobe, carpeted floor, TV, and heating. Single rooms are compact. There is no air conditioning; windows can be opened, but street-facing rooms experience noise from traffic and the S-Bahn. Rooms overlooking the inner courtyard are noticeably quieter. The property is older and shows some wear, but beds and linens are generally clean. For light sleepers, earplugs are advisable. No rooms have a balcony.

Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:00 in a dedicated dining room.
