CITY STAY RESIDENCES - SERVICED APARTMENTS DIP, Dubai

Situated 10 km from Dubai Expo 2020 and 17 km from Al Maktoum International Airport, the property is convenient for event attendees and airport travellers. Mall of the Emirates is 23 km away and Burj Al Arab Tower is 26 km. A bus stop right at the door provides access to the metro, and taxi/Uber pickups are quick. Free private parking on site makes car-based trips easy. Note that the immediate area is semi-industrial, with warehouses and worker accommodations, meaning the location suits those with a car or who need proximity to Expo or the airport more than tourists seeking a city-centre atmosphere.

Studios and spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments are available, each with air conditioning, a private bathroom (shower, bidet, free toiletries), a balcony, and a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, toaster, electric kettle, and cookware. Bed options range from a single king in studios to two beds in the two-bedroom apartment. Rooms are noted for being spacious and having comfortable beds. Furniture can feel outdated in some units and corridor odours (e.g. cooking smells) may affect rooms. Light sleepers may prefer rooms away from the lift to avoid noise. Confirm the specific room's condition to avoid disappointment.

No restaurant or breakfast is available on site. Each apartment and studio has a full kitchenette with a stove, oven, toaster, and refrigerator, making self-catering easy. Several restaurants and a grocery store are right at the entrance, offering convenient takeaway or supplies. Staff can also arrange delivery from local eateries.

Guests have access to an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. The pool area is available for relaxation. No other leisure amenities such as a spa or sauna are on site.

Services include a 24-hour front desk, daily housekeeping, free WiFi throughout, and parking on site (free, no reservation needed). A paid airport shuttle (pick-up/drop-off) and car hire can be arranged. Safety features include 24-hour security, CCTV, smoke alarms, and safety deposit boxes. Express check-in/out and a lift are available. Some units may require a mobile app for room key access. Staff are consistently praised for being friendly and helpful, and can accommodate early arrival luggage storage and room preferences.
