CLASSBEDROOM BORN APARTMENTS, Barcelona

The apartments are in the pedestrian-friendly El Born area, a historic neighbourhood with narrow streets, boutique shops, cafés, and vibrant nightlife. Most major attractions, including the Gothic Quarter, Las Ramblas, and Barcelona Cathedral, are within a 5-15 minute walk. Barceloneta beach is about 15-20 minutes on foot. The location is very central yet surprisingly quiet at night. Public transport is convenient with metro stations nearby, but the area is compact enough to explore entirely on foot. Several bakeries, supermarkets, and restaurants are immediately around the corner.

Each apartment is a self-contained unit with a separate double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a lounge-diner with a kitchenette. The kitchenettes include an oven, ceramic hob, toaster, juicer, electric kettle, and cookware. Loft-style units reflect the local character of El Born or the Gothic Quarter. Some apartments have a private balcony, and a rooftop terrace is available. All units have air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. The lift accesses all floors, with some lifts opening directly into the apartment. Twin beds can be joined on request. Apartments are strictly for up to 3 adults (children over 2 count as guests); sofa beds accommodate one extra person. The space is described as clean, spacious by Barcelona standards, and well-equipped.

The apartments do not have a restaurant. Whether breakfast is available depends on the specific apartment selected; check availability and pricing when booking. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. A supermarket and several bakeries, including Forn de Pa Vilamala (0.5 km), are within a short walk for groceries or fresh pastries. Numerous cafés, bars, and restaurants are concentrated in the surrounding El Born streets, within 2-3 minutes on foot.

There is no spa or swimming pool at the property. The main leisure facility is a rooftop terrace, noted as a pleasant spot to relax. Paid cultural activities are available nearby, including bike tours, walking tours, and classes about local culture. The beach at Barceloneta is about a 15-20 minute walk.
