The apartments are set in a safe, quiet residential neighbourhood away from the tourist crowds, yet just 2 km from Plaça Catalunya via the metro (15-minute ride). Poblenou Metro Station (Yellow line) is a 5-minute walk, connecting you directly to Las Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter. The lively Rambla de Poblenou is a short stroll away, lined with restaurants, tapas bars, and local shops. A supermarket, bakery, and pharmacy are all within a few minutes' walk. The area feels safe at night and is ideal for families or anyone wanting a relaxed beachside base with fast city access.

Each apartment offers a separate living room with flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a dining area. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, kettle, and all necessary cookware - perfect for self-catering. Most apartments have a private balcony, and the living room opens onto a terrace in some units. Beds are comfortable and many apartments have three bedrooms plus a sofa bed, easily accommodating families or groups of up to six. Heating, air conditioning (from the living room), and ceiling fans in bedrooms ensure year-round comfort. The building has a lift, and the apartments are noted for being very quiet, with good daylight.

The property does not have a restaurant, but the surrounding streets are packed with dining options. The popular Rambla de Poblenou is within a few minutes' walk, offering everything from traditional tapas to international cuisine. Verified nearby restaurants include Telemaki Poblenou (0.5 km), Els Pescadors (0.5 km), and the Venezuelan restaurant round the corner. Supermarkets and bakeries are also very close, making self-catering easy. For a fuller meal plan, guests can use the fully equipped kitchen or explore the local food scene.

While there is no pool or spa on site, the proximity to the beach makes up for it - the 3-bedroom apartments are about 5 minutes from Bogatell Beach, and the 2-bedroom apartments are even closer (2 minutes). The quiet, safe neighbourhood and the nearby Rambla de Poblenou provide pleasant walking and cycling routes. Lime bikes are available in the area for a scenic ride along the coast to Barceloneta. Staff can also arrange bicycle rental for exploring the city and beachfront.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the apartments. A lift serves all floors. Parking is available at the nearby BSM Bilbao car park (Carrer Bilbao, 24) for 25€ per day, with electric vehicle charging and bike storage. The airport shuttle costs 75€ for four people one way. Luggage can be stored from 11:00 if early check-in is not possible.
