Placed between the Gothic Quarter and L'Eixample, the property sits at the heart of Barcelona's historic core. Urquinaona Metro station is directly outside, connecting you across the city. The airport bus stop at Plaça Catalunya is a 5-minute walk. Multiple cafes - Buenas Migas and Kingsman - are within 0.5 km, and a Lidl supermarket is right around the corner for supplies. Las Ramblas and Barcelona Cathedral are under 600 m away, and the cruise terminal is about 1 hour by foot or public transport.

The studio (45 m2) has a double loft bed, small kitchen, and private bathroom. The small apartment for 2 adults includes a balcony. The larger standard/superior apartment has 1 double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room - suitable for up to 4, but sofa beds can be firm and squeaky. Most apartments overlook internal courtyards; street-facing rooms offer more light and people-watching but can be noisier. Air conditioning and heating are available, but some units have reported the AC not cooling effectively during heatwaves, and windows may not open in some rooms, relying on ventilation from the building.

The kitchenette is practical for preparing simple meals, with an induction hob, microwave, and dishwasher. A welcome pack includes basic salt, sugar, tea, and coffee. For eating out, Buenas Migas (across the street), Kingsman, Casa Lolea, and La Ronda are all within a 3-minute walk, offering breakfast through dinner. For groceries, a Lidl is a 1-minute walk away. There is no bar or room service on-site.

Leisure options are limited to the apartment itself. The small balcony in the studio and 2-person apartment provides a spot for coffee or a glass of wine. The loft has a large window but no balcony. No gym, pool, or wellness centre is present on-site.

The reception is at Ronda de Sant Pere 22, one block from the apartments.
