Barcelona Cathedral and Plaza Real are within 5 minutes on foot, the MACBA Contemporary Art Museum is 600 metres away, and Passeig de Gracia, the port, and Plaza Catalunya (with direct airport buses) are all within 10-15 minutes' walk. The surrounding area is packed with bars, restaurants, and shops. The lively street environment means higher noise levels, but the location provides immediate access to major landmarks and public transport.

Room options include singles with shared or private bathroom, doubles with private bathroom, and doubles with a balcony and city views. All rooms have a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and heating. Private bathrooms come with a shower and hairdryer. Balcony rooms are recommended for natural light, fresh air, and views of Las Ramblas. Some rooms have no external window - those sensitive to enclosed spaces should request a room with a window. The building has no elevator; stairs are steep and narrow.
