For those driving, the location provides direct access to the 5 freeway, while the on-site parking costs $25 + tax per night. Third-party shuttles such as Karmel Shuttle stop at the hotel for airport transfers.

Room quality varies significantly by building. Buildings 1 and 2 are the most recently renovated, featuring modern décor and superior furnishings, while other buildings are older and may have a musty smell, outdated décor, and noise issues. Rooms include a flat-screen TV, Keurig coffee maker, mini-fridge, microwave, and a laptop-safe. Many rooms have balconies, some offering views of the pool or Disneyland fireworks. The Super Queen Park View rooms in Building 1 are the only type that guarantees a fireworks view. For families, the Kid's Suite features a connecting door between a king bedroom and a bunk-bed room with a pull-out sofa, each with its own bathroom. Guests with mobility concerns should book a room in a building with an elevator, as some buildings are stair-access only. Road-facing rooms can be very noisy due to freeway traffic, so lighter sleepers should request a room facing the garden or pool.
