Located on Anaheim's main strip, the hotel offers a 10- to 15-minute walk to Disneyland's entrance and an 8-minute walk to the Convention Center. The ART shuttle (day pass $6 per adult, $3 per child) picks up in front of the hotel. A wide range of restaurants, including IHOP, Blaze Pizza, Starbucks, and several Mexican and Asian options, are within a 5-minute walk, along with CVS and Walgreens for convenience items. Knott's Berry Farm is 15 km away. The neighborhood is well-lit and considered safe for walking after dark.

All rooms include a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a safe deposit box, and ironing facilities. Bed configurations range from double rooms with one bed to quadruple rooms with two beds. Rooms are generally spacious, and some bathrooms have a bathtub. Interconnecting rooms are available on request. Note that rooms do not have balconies, rollaway beds are not available, and all rooms are non-smoking. The North Tower houses most amenities, the pool, and firework-view rooms, while South Tower rooms share the same layout. Firework-view rooms must be specifically booked; they are only in the North Tower.

Lulu's Kitchen offers a menu of contemporary Italian fare with California influences, plus cocktails and appetizers. A hot menu is available for those short on time. Breakfast is not included in the room rate and costs $14-$18 per person, served daily from 7:00 to 10:30am. The coffee bar operates from 6:30 to 11am, selling fresh coffee and pastries. The hotel also has a bar and snack bar. Special diet menus are available on request. An IHOP is located right next door for additional meal options.

The heated outdoor pool (kept at 27.8 °C) is open year-round from 8am to 10pm. Sun loungers and beach chairs are complimentary, and an outdoor fireplace provides a cozy evening spot. The fitness centre is open 24 hours. Additional leisure options include table tennis, corn hole, giant chess, and a kids' outdoor play area. There is no hot tub or spa. The poolside bar serves drinks and snacks during pool hours.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas, though speeds may vary. Parking is $34 per night (Best Western members receive a $14 discount) and allows in-and-out access. Guests can park before check-in and leave their car after check-out on the same day. A $50/night security deposit is required. Laundry costs $2.50 per load for washer and dryer. The 24-hour front desk offers ATM access, shuttle information, and free luggage storage. Express check-in/out, vending machines, and a minimarket are available. Business facilities include fax/photocopying and meeting rooms (additional charge). Safety features include 24-hour security, CCTV, key card access, and smoke alarms.
