The O2 Arena is reachable by tube in about 15 minutes, and Tower Bridge can be seen from the apartments on upper floors.

Units range from large one-bedroom layouts to three-bedroom apartments with two bathrooms, all featuring a separate living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and kettle. Bedrooms come with double beds and ample storage. Underfloor heating is available in some apartments. However, there is no air conditioning, making apartments uncomfortably hot in summer and noisy when windows are open. Maintenance is inconsistent, with recurring issues including broken balcony doors, stained carpets, worn mattresses, and plumbing problems such as blocked sinks, broken toilets, and plumbing leaks. The furniture and fittings show significant signs of age and wear. The apartments are generally spacious but can feel cramped for six adults in a two-bedroom layout.

A 24-hour front desk provides key handover and assistance, but the level of helpfulness is inconsistent, and the management team has been reported as unresponsive or unhelpful for issues that arise during the stay.
