The hotel sits in a lively pedestrian area just off Piazza Navona. All major sights - Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Vatican - are within a 20-minute walk. The neighbourhood is packed with eateries, gelaterias and nightlife. The immediate area is active until late at night, which means street noise can be significant, especially in front-facing rooms. Taxis can drop you at the door despite the narrow streets. The nearest metro stations are Spagna and Barberini, about 15-20 minutes on foot.

Room types range from standard en suite rooms to triple rooms and spacious suites. Some suites include a separate living room with sofa bed, and a limited number have a private terrace with hot tub (subject to availability). All rooms come with a minibar, tea/coffee maker, hairdryer, safe and satellite TV. Some rooms have a kitchenette. The property has undergone renovation, so room decor varies - some are modern and bright while others retain older furnishings. Air conditioning is centrally controlled; adjustments require contacting reception. Soundproofing is inconsistent; rooms facing the street or on lower floors can be noisy until late at night. For a quieter stay, request a room on the third floor or at the rear.

Breakfast is not included in the room rate and costs between €8.50 and €12 per person. It is a buffet served next door with pastries, cereals, fruits, hot items (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages) and coffee. Gluten-free options are available. The restaurant staff are welcoming.
