All suites feature a kitchenette with a mini-fridge and microwave, a separate sitting area with a sofa bed (queen sleeper sofa in Standard King/Queen suites), and a private bathroom. Standard King Suites include one king bed and sleep up to 4, while Standard Family Suites offer one king bed plus two double beds in a separate room, sleeping up to 6. Some rooms have a door separating the bedroom from the living area, and certain suites provide ocean views. Rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi, two 27-inch TVs, a coffeemaker, iron, hairdryer, and air conditioning (though some units can be noisy). The property is older and carpeted; some rooms have been renovated, but others may feel dated with occasional cleanliness issues reported. No rooms have balconies or stoves.
