Guest rooms include a private bathroom, air conditioning, and a seating area. Room types range from triple rooms with one bed to suites with two beds and a separate living area. Renovated rooms feature updated bathrooms, comfortable beds, and modern furnishings, while older rooms may have carpeted floors and older fixtures. Some rooms may have a musty smell or noise issues, particularly those near construction or high-traffic areas. The hotel does not have an elevator, so rooms on upper floors require stairs. Key cards may need to be reset occasionally.

Breakfast is a continental buffet with make-your-own waffles, scrambled eggs, sausages, cereals, yogurt, breads, and juices. It is served in a grab-and-go style due to renovations, with no dedicated indoor seating. Guests eat in their rooms or by the pool. The breakfast area can become crowded, and lines may form. For more variety, many restaurants are within walking distance on International Drive, including Denny's right next door.

Services include a 24-hour front desk, ATM on site, safety deposit box, and tour desk.
