SERALAGO HOTEL & SUITES MAIN GATE EAST, Kissimmee

The hotel sits directly on US Highway 192 in Kissimmee, adjacent to the Old Town entertainment complex. It is 4 km from Disney's Typhoon Lagoon and roughly 5 km from the main entrance of Walt Disney World, with a public bus route servicing the parks. Several fast-food and casual dining options (KFC, Pizza Hut, McDonald's, Retro, Havana Kiss Cuban Cafe, Southern Breeze Restaurant) are within a 5-minute walk. Orlando International Airport is 23 minutes' drive away, though no airport shuttle is available. The area is practical for car-based travel, and the immediate vicinity offers good walkability for meals and light shopping.

Accommodation ranges from double rooms with one or two beds to spacious suites with separate living rooms, sofa beds, and Murphy beds. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating, carpeted or laminate flooring, and cable TV. Some family suites feature a partitioned kids' area with bunk beds or a 'fort' style bed. Practical amenities include a microwave and refrigerator (no kitchenettes). The property is older and room condition varies significantly; units with laminate flooring tend to be fresher and less prone to odors. Bathrooms are private with a bath and shower, though many reports note outdated fixtures, dim lighting, and occasional maintenance issues like leaky faucets or poor drainage. Bed comfort is inconsistent, with some mattresses described as hard or sagging. Pillows are often flat. Guests spending most of their time outside the room generally find the space adequate for the price.

The property features two heated outdoor pools, both open year-round from 09:00 to 20:00, with pool towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas provided. One pool has been reported to stay open later than other area hotels. The hot tubs are sometimes operational, though one has been noted as closed due to storm damage. A fitness center and a tennis court are available and free to use. The games room provides arcade-style entertainment, and the children's playground is on the grounds (though its condition and availability have varied). The basketball court is closed. Most leisure facilities reflect the property's age, and the pool bar is closed.

Breakfast is not available. The hotel's own restaurant, food court, and pool bar are permanently closed, leaving no on-site dining. Vending machines for drinks and snacks are located around the property. For meals, a range of fast-food and casual restaurants is within a short walk (KFC, Pizza Hut, McDonald's, Havana Kiss Cuban Cafe, and others along US 192). The surrounding area also includes grocery and convenience stores for self-catering supplies. Guests should plan all meals off-site.
