COMFORT HOTEL, Niagara Falls

Comfort Hotel sits at the gateway to Niagara Falls, approximately 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot from the falls and the main Clifton Hill entertainment strip. Fallsview Casino is a similar walking distance, and the area around the hotel has several dining options including Continental Pancake House, Chuck's Roadhouse, and Taco & Tequila within 0.5 km. The neighbourhood is a mix of hotels and motels; walking to the falls passes through some less polished blocks but is manageable for active visitors. For those arriving by car, the hotel is a short drive from downtown Niagara Falls and the Skylon Tower. Public transit options are limited; a car or taxi is more practical for exploring beyond walking range.

Breakfast is included for all guests and offers a hot buffet with items such as scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurt, and cereal. Coffee, tea, and juice are also available. The breakfast area is located in the basement and can become crowded during peak hours; staff work to keep tables cleared and food replenished. Paper plates and plastic cutlery are used, which some visitors find less appealing but keeps the service efficient. There is no restaurant on site, but a snack bar offers grab-and-go items. For other meals, several restaurants are within a short walk including Italian, pancake house, and Indian options.

The hotel features a year-round indoor heated swimming pool with hours from 9:00 to 21:00. Proper swimwear is required; proof of double vaccination is currently needed for access. The pool area is clean but can be warm. The fitness centre is located in the basement and contains a treadmill, dumbbells, a weight bench, and a cable machine. It is small but functional for a basic workout. No spa or wellness centre is available. The leisure facilities are free for all guests.

WiFi is free in all rooms and public areas. The 24-hour front desk offers express check-in/out, concierge service, and an ATM on site. Luggage storage is available at no charge. Laundry services are available for an additional fee, and there is a minimarket on site for essentials. The business centre is free to use; meeting rooms can be booked for a fee. Parking is private and on site, costing CAD 22.60 per night, with accessible spots and L2/L3 EV charging stations. Dogs are allowed (up to two per room, $45.20 per night), but no other pets. The property is fully non-smoking with a designated outdoor smoking area.
